Bordoodle Puppies
WELCOME
My Bordoodle puppies are bred for families; they are cute, highly trainable, and playful. As a professional dog trainer for twelve years, I embarked on this project to rear beautiful (inside and out) family dogs with my own dog, Daisy the Red Australian Border Collie, and Ziggy the sweet Cavoodle.
These puppies have been brought up in our family home. Rather than living their first eight weeks of life in a kennel, our puppies wake up in our family home and spend their day amongst my gentle children enjoying the best access to correct socialisation, desensitisation, and training provided by my services.
ABOUT BORDOODLES
TEMPERAMENT
Bordoodles are known for their friendly and playful temperament, making them wonderful companions for families. Their loyalty shines through as they watch over their loved ones, and with the keen intelligence of both the Border Collie and the Poodle, they are highly trainable. These people-oriented dogs thrive in a family environment, bringing joy and warmth to every home. With their affectionate nature, Bordoodles truly become cherished members of the family.
APPEARANCE
Their ears are rounded, complementing their rounded head that is well-proportioned to the body. The muzzle is of medium length, while their eyes are almond-shaped and typically brown or hazel in colour. The tail is full-length and curls up at the end, adding to the animal's charm. Their coats are soft to the touch, shaggy in appearance, and are classified as low to no shedding, making them a great choice for those who prefer a cleaner home.
COAT
Bordoodles are known for their beautiful fleece coats, which feature a soft, wavy, or loose curl appearance that feels silky to the touch. This unique coat is a delightful blend of the tight curls of a Cavoodle and the hair coat of a Border Collie, resulting in low to no shedding. While we can't guarantee 100% non-shedding, Bordoodles are still an excellent choice for allergy sufferers and make wonderful indoor pets. Regular grooming, whether done at home or by a professional, will keep their coat manageable and looking its best.
SIZE
Bordoodles are a delightful medium-sized breed, resulting from the cross between Daisy, a 16kg Border Collie and Ziggy, as 12kg Cavoodle. Typically, they will reach a mature weight of 12-15 kilos and stand around 45cm at the withers, making them a perfect fit for the average backyard. Males tend to be slightly larger than females, but genders share a friendly and playful disposition. Their size and temperament make them an ideal companion for families and individuals alike.
THE PAWRENTS
On Tuesday 24th September 2024, eight Bordoodle puppies were born of my dog Daisy, the 2 year old Red Border Collie, fathered by stud Ziggy, the 2 year old Cavoodle.

INCLUSIONS
ZOOM SUPPORT AND TRAINING
As a professional dog trainer, I will assist in their training in the weeks ahead in their new furever home. We will all have Zoom meetings every week for the first four weeks to discuss their progress with puppy class, socialisation, desensitisation, toilet training, behaviour management, and how to set your puppy up for success.
CRATE TRAINING
All puppies will have a crate that they already love, making crate training super easy, and they'll get to go home with their blanky and toy.
GROOMING
All Bordoodle puppies require grooming, so you will also take home a grooming information flyer.
FOOD
Keep your puppy on the same diet that I have been feeding them. A list of their meals will be provided. A major change in their diet will make them immediately unwell.
PUPPY CLASS
Puppy class is so important for their social development, so please look at registering your puppy now so you don't miss out on a spot when you take them home. If you are local, you will receive a discounted price for my puppy classes (Byron, Lennox Head and Ballina).
